Oscillator Family Optimized for New Space – LEO Satellites

The series developed for the New Space segment consists of XO, TCXO, OCXO, and MCXO devices that provide radiation tolerance suitable for the LEO environment while maintaining a balanced cost/performance ratio. The XO and TCXO devices offered in SMD packages comply with MIL-PRF-55310 Level B/S screening levels and feature 1.8–5.0 V supply voltage, CMOS/LVDS/LVPECL outputs, and Total Ionizing Dose (TID) tolerance up to 50 kRad(Si), making them suitable for supplying clocks to FPGA, processor, and RF subsystems on LEO satellite platforms. The OCXO and MCXO series, on the other hand, provide ppb-level frequency stability and low power consumption, offering ideal solutions for GNSS, payload clocks, and precision timing requirements.

Full Space – GEO, Lunar, and Deep Space Missions

Full Space-class oscillators are designed for harsher radiation environments beyond LEO. The XO, TCXO, VCXO, OCXO, and SAW oscillators in this series stand out with the following features:

  • 100–300 kRad(Si) TID tolerance and high SEE/SEL resistance,
  • MIL-PRF-55310 Level S or MIL-PRF-38534 Class K screening levels,
