Embedded Synchro/Resolver/LVDT I/O Cards
CCC’s Embedded Synchro–Resolver–LVDT I/O Cards family provides multi-channel AC position sensor interfaces in VME, PCI, PCIe, cPCI/PXI, PC/104, VXS, XMC, and CompactPCI Express form factors.
- Up to 4 or 8 synchro/resolver/LVDT/RVDT inputs and outputs can be configured on a single card; card area can be optimized by mixing different converter types.
- 100% transformer isolation is provided for all AC I/Os, preventing ground loops, inductive pulses, and high-voltage transients from affecting the card and backplane.
- Cards are offered in industrial and military (wide temperature range) versions; and easily integrated into PC-based ATE, simulation, and motion control systems with high-speed 32-bit register-based interfaces and a “plug & play” structure suitable for real-time operation.
These cards enable the direct transfer of position and angle data to computer-based control systems in applications such as antenna/target orientation, radar platforms, ship speed indicators, navigation systems, motor/servo feedback, and coordinate control.
